• Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate email and phone details are provided at booking to receive appointment reminders. Please verify your contact information and check for confirmation emails to avoid issues.
• Feel free to share your preferred brow shape with makeup as a reference, but trust our expertise—we design shapes tailored to enhance your natural features.
• To maintain a focused and safe environment, only the client and esthetician are permitted in the treatment room during sessions.
**Cancellation Policies**
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur the full appointment fee. A new booking will require a partial or full deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel services and retain deposits if a client displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or overly demanding behavior.
• Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled due to a client’s ineligibility for permanent makeup (e.g., undisclosed health conditions).
**Rescheduling Policies**
• Rescheduling requires **72 hours’ notice** to avoid fees. While we accommodate emergencies, deposits remain non-refundable.
• Last-minute rescheduling (within 72 hours) incurs a $50 fee.
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to **3 times total**. Subsequent changes will result in a $50 fee per occurrence.
